The Blue Ridge Big Band (BRBB) is a premier band with vocalists hailing from Haywood County, North Carolina. Together for nearly 20 years, the group consists of musicians from points throughout WNC, and promotes entertainment to all through the “universal language” of music. While reflective of the classic American big band instrumentation, era, and sound, BRBB’s repertoire covers numerous popular musical genres ranging from swing to modern.

The Club Night with the Blue Ridge Big Band at Folkmoot USA will recreate a club atmosphere offering reserved “club tables” which seat 4, as well as general admission tickets. Doors open at 6 offering a free dance lesson, a food truck and cash bar. The band starts at 7 and will play 2 sets featuring popular dance tunes through the decades of yesteryear which are sure to bring back memories and smiles for those attending.
