Think Somatics Ribbon Cutting Event with the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce

Kristin Jackson, owner of Think Somatics, is a Personal Trainer and Somatic Educator. She works with clients one-on-one and in group settings, helping people move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence to support lifelong physical and cognitive health.

Stacy Antos, Self-Care Strategist and Master Health Coach, empowers women to move from burnout to balance through weekly workshops focused on practical self-care strategies around nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. Her belief is that in a world that glorifies burnout, self-care is an act of rebellion. Showing up for yourself is the bravest move you’ll make.

Together they are celebrating their own businesses and new collaborative programs, including offerings for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. These programs are designed to help women feel empowered, supported, and ready to embrace this next chapter. Gone are the hush-hush days of “the change”—it’s time to step into this next chapter with confidence and curiosity. Let’s be rebels, not relics!
